Our dirks are made to order by one of Scotland's most skilled craftsmen who previously worked for Hamilton and Inches. The blade is of stainless Sheffield steel with the hilt and scabbard adorned with Sterling silver hallmarked by the Edinburgh assay office. The Dirk stones, traditionally a Cairngorm, are natural CZ minerals which have been artificially dyed for effect. Each dirk will be have your signature engraved on the back of the scabbard. Typically a dirk will be despatched within three weeks of order.

Dirk - Chieftain's Pattern Dirk - Chieftain's Pattern
This dirk is a reproduction of a chieftain's dirk and comes complete with knife and fork set. The haft of the dirk (and the knife and fork set) is made from ebony and worked with hallmarked sterling silver. The scabbard is leather worked with hallmarked sterling silver. An attractive detail is a small catch on the knife and fork handles to prevent them falling out of their scabbard housing. The price includes the engraving of the customer's name. Additional engraving of a clan or personal crest would be extra.. Note that the pommel is not jewelled. If you would like a jewelled pommel please contact us to discuss. Dirk - Atholl Highlanders Officers Pattern Dirk - Atholl Highlanders Officers Pattern
This dirk was commissioned for an officer in the Atholl Highlanders - Britain's only legal private army. The haft of the dirk (and the knife and fork set) is made from ebony and worked with hallmarked sterling silver. The scabbard is leather worked with hallmarked sterling silver. Note that the pommel is not jewelled. These items are only for sale to Atholl Highlanders.

This dirk is in the classic Highland Regiment Officers Pattern, and comes complete with the traditional knife and fork.

Made with black ebony hann dle, semi precious smokey quartz jewels (to simulate traditional cairngorm), knife & fork - with clip retainers, solid cowhide sheath, embellished scabbard, hand wrought tempered steel blade, sharp edge, brass mounts.
