Lochcarron's Strome range is a collection of 500+ rarer tartans, this is their heaviest cloth and is that most commonly used by pipers. Although more expensive in single width a choice of two natural selvedges can often prove an advantage with no join required in the manufacture of the kilt. 16oz cloth or 500 gms per metre width 71/72cm/28" wide.
